I debunk myths and fears surrounding protein deficiencies and provide info about daily needs for specific key vitamins that are essential for plant-based eaters. Included is everything you need to transition to a Plant-Based diet in 30 days. If you have a medical condition or severe allergies, I suggest consulting your provider before embarking on a new diet plan. They are more qualified to suggest specific supplements that you may need.

In this Plant-based diet cookbook, I provide reasons for taking the plant-based plunge and give summaries of the different ways to go plant-based. In addition, I advise you on transforming your kitchen and pantry. I cover spices, kitchen equipment and tools. Lastly I crafted a 30 day meal plan organized into 4 weeks of easy menus. Each comes with a shopping list and advice for leftovers.
