How to Make a Healthy Green Smoothie

Making a smoothie is not rocket science, you are leaning on your blender to do the hard work.

    • Just add everything to the blender to the order it's listed to prevent lumps or the blades jamming up.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy and enjoy.

Tips for Making the Best Green Smoothie

    • Always add the liquid and ice first to make sure the blades function at their best.
    • Get creative! Add more fruit like frozen mangoes or berries for more antioxidants
    • Use plant milk instead of juice for a creamier smoothie with less sugar
