Next on my Holiday Gift Guide list is Healthy on You spice blends. The company is owned by a talented woman named Sam Binkley who I befriended several years ago on Instagram. Her spice blends are organic and have been cleverly named after songs and have gorgeous packaging. What I love about Sam's blends is that they are a one stop shop for cooking. You don't need to blend different spices in a dish as Healthy on You has done that work for you.
