Next on my Holiday Gift Guide list is Healthy on You spice blends. The company is owned by a talented woman named Sam Binkley who I befriended several years ago on Instagram. Plant based food is all the rage nowadays due to its implications on health and the planet. What better way is there to learn plant-based cooking then with a new cookbook? As a foodie, I love getting cookbooks for Holiday gifts which is why I included this category on my top ten list. Of course I will plug my own book Plant-Based Diet in 30 Days as the ultimate guide to transitioning, but I have many other favorites including Ashley Madden's debut Cookbook The Plant-based Cookbook Sarah Speckles debut Cookbook Plant-based Cooking for two and Kate Friedmans 5 Ingredient Vegan Cooking. Essential Kitchen Tools

Every foodie or home cook loves kitchen tools. That is why they are included in this Holiday Gift list. We all have drawers full of ones that caught our attention but then sit unused. I am sharing with you the tools and gadgets that I love and that are in daily use in my home. Here is the top two for your direct clicking. I love the Grater and Zester. It works amazing and every home cook needs this super functional tool in their kitchen. The garlic slicer is also a favorite of mine. I use it like a mandoline to slice cucumbers and other vegetables to make beautiful salad preparations with uniform shapes and sizes. I like this one because it is very safe and easy to use unlike large mandolines where cutting your fingers is as easy as blinking.
