The ingredients for this easy vegan pasta dish are fairly basic. Most are pantry ingredients that we all have on hand. The only "specialty" item is the broccoli rabe itself which can be easily substituted with any cruciferous veggie or green if its unavailable.

How to make beans and broccoli rabe pasta
I cannot stress enough how quick and easy this recipe is. In a few simple steps this dinner can be yours in about 30 minutes!
- Put on water to boil and cook pasta simultaneously while cooking “sauce”.
- In a deep sauté pan, Heat oil on medium and cook garlic and onions until toasty and fragrant about 5 mins stirring often.
- Add bell peppers and cook for 3-4 mins.
- Add broccoli rabe, beans, and corn, season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, add water and cover for 3-4 minutes.
- Toss cooked pasta with the veggies and taste for salt. Adjust to your preferences and garnish with crushed red pepper, vegan parm or nooch.
