The Best Patatas Bravas
This Easy Air-fried Patatas Bravas recipe is delicious! It is smoky, spicy and tangy and the air-fried potatoes are super crispy. Who doesn't love crispy, golden potatoes drowned in a spicy sauce? The tangy lemony aioli gives it an added layer of flavor and the green onions really make it pop!
What are Patatas Bravas?
Patatas Bravas are a tapas favorite from Spain. Translated, papatas bravas means spicy potatoes. Nornally potato chunks are fried in oil, then tossed in a spicy and tangy sauce made from tomatoes, onions, garlic, vinegar and sweet and hot paprika. Then they are drizzled or dipped in a tangy aioli.
Why is this the best Patatas Bravas Recipe?
My easy patatas bravas recipe is the best for a couple of reasons. First, the potatoes are air-fried which means they use scant oil in the preparation. Although deep fried foods are delicious, I try to avoid them because too much oil can be unhealthy. I prefer air-fried because they taste as yummy but are lower in oil. I love my GoWiseUsa air-fryer because it is low maintenance and makes foods so crispy! GoWiseUsa sponsored the development of this delicious recipe. Another reason this is the best recipe is because my bravas sauce is so easy to make and requires zero chopping. Plus you need less than 10 ingredients!

YESSSSS! Thank you thank you for sharing this! We absolutely fell in love with patatas bravas while traveling in Spain a few years ago. I'm quite confident they weren't prepared in a way that was particularly good for my body though (ugh). I love your air fryer approach and am excited to try this!
