Vegan Cucumber Yogurt Sauce
This vegan cucumber yogurt sauce recipe is delicious, creamy and comes together in a flash! It is made with vegan yogurt mixed with vegan sour cream, cucumbers, garlic, lemon and herbs. It is the perfect summer dip.

3 Persian Cucumbers chopped very small 1 cup Plain Vegan Yogurt Cashew, soy, or almond work best. ½ cup Vegan Sour Cream 1 clove garlic minced ½ tsp salt 1 tsp pure maple syrup 1 tsp italian seasoning blend 1 tsp fresh parsley leaves chopped 1 lemon squeezed
To a bowl add cucumbers, garlic, vegan yogurt, vegan sour cream, lemon, maple syrup, salt and herbs.
Mix until well combined with a fork or spoon
Chill and eat within 3 days.
