Ingredients
  

  • 3 Persian Cucumbers chopped very small
  • 1 cup Plain Vegan Yogurt Cashew, soy, or almond work best.
  • ½ cup Vegan Sour Cream
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning blend
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley leaves chopped
  • 1 lemon squeezed

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl add cucumbers, garlic, vegan yogurt, vegan sour cream, lemon, maple syrup, salt and herbs.
  • Mix until well combined with a fork or spoon
  • Chill and eat within 3 days.
