Orange Tahini Dressing (Oil-Free)

This gorgeous orange tahini dressing is sweet, creamy, and packed with flavor thanks to tahini and fresh mandarin oranges. It's totally dairy-free, yet rich enough to elevate your favorite salads, grain bowls, or even roasted veggies. Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sesame tahini
  • 3 mandarin oranges squeezed
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl add tahini, orange and lime juice, water, maple and salt.
  • Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Enjoy this dressing for up to 7 days for best quality.

Notes

Note: Since Tahini brands differ quite a bit in thickness, you may want to add a bit more water or a bit more tahini to get the consistency desired. That won’t make a big difference in the flavor so just eye it.
