Dijon and Dill Vinaigrette

This refreshing dill dressing couldn't be easier. Simply combine white vinegar and olive oil with Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and plenty of fresh dill and green onions, then whisk to combine. But, don't let its simplicity trick you. It's sweet and tangy, bright and refreshing, and can take absolutely any dish to the next level. Perfect for all of your favorite summer salads!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped white and green parts

Instructions
 

  • To a small bowl or jar add vinegar, olive oil, mustard, maple, and salt.
  • Whisk until well combined.
  • Then add the dill and green onions and mix well.
  • Enjoy within 3-4 days for best quality.
