Creamy Herb Yogurt Dressing (Vegan)

This vegan yogurt dressing is rich, creamy, and loaded with fresh herbs, yet comes together quickly with a handful of ingredients. The tanginess of the yogurt with a little fresh lemon juice, dill, and mint makes any salad more exciting, or use it as a dip for raw veggies. Pro tip: The flavors come out even more as it sits in the fridge, so make it ahead of time for maximum flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegan yogurt
  • 2 tbsp dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp mint chopped
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 grinds black pepper

Instructions
 

  • To a small bowl or jar, add yogurt, lemon, maple syrup, salt and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined, then add fresh herbs and mix well.
  • Enjoy for up to 5 days for best quality.
