Fig, Radicchio and Hazelnut Salad
This flavorful and fancy salad is next level delicious. It features sweet ripe figs, juicy heirloom tomatoes, bitter radicchio and crunchy hazelnut with a simple and delicious lemon and balsamic dressing.

- 6 figs sliced
- 1 head radicchio rustic chop
- ½ avocado diced
- ½ avocado sliced
- 2 large heirloom tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup toasted hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp fresh mint chopped
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 Meyer lemon squeezed
- 1 tsp maple syrup or agave
In a large bowl add radicchio, figs, tomatoes, hazelnuts, diced avocados and mint.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon and maple syrup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix well with clean hands. Top with sliced avocado.
