  • ½ cup parsley leaves only
  • ½ cup dill feathery leaves only
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 large lemons juiced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 grinds black pepper

Instructions
 

  • To a high speed blender, add parsley, dill, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Blend until smooth.
