Healthy Thousand Island Dressing (Vegan)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegan yogurt or mayo
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup chopped pickles or relish
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp hot sauce like Tobasco or Frank’s Red Hot optional

Instructions
 

  • To a medium sized bowl or jar, add vegan yogurt (or mayo), ketchup, chopped pickles (or relish), salt, lemon and hot sauce if using. Mix until combined.
  • Use for salads, burgers and sandwiches for up to 5 days for best quality and taste.
