Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees farenheit
Place mini pita breads on a sheet pan. Brush or drizzle with olive oil and then season with salt and garlic salt. Bake for 3-5 minutes until crispy yet pliable.
Let the pitas cool then rip then into bite sized pieces with your hands.
Layer all ingredients in a large bowl attractively on top of the greens, drizzle with olive oil, squeeze lemons then garnish with salt and sumac
