Air Fryer Vegan Chickpea Burgers (Gluten-Free)

These gluten-free, vegan chickpea burgers are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, slightly spicy and super tasty. They're inspired by falafel, but are way easier to make using canned chickpeas and oats.
