Zesty Watermelon Salad

This next level fruit salad is perfect for summer. It has sweet watermelon and mangoes tossed with ripe avocado, cilantro and lime. Then it's sprinkled with zesty Chile seasoning. You will love this!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ watermelon peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 mangoes peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 avocados peeled and cut into small cubes
  • ½ bunch cilantro stems and leaves chopped
  • 2 limes juiced
  • Trader Joe's Chili Lime or Tajin Seasoning to sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • Put watermelon, mango, avocado, and cilantro into a bowl.
  • Squeeze limes over chopped fruit and cilantro, mix in with your clean hand to toss the salad.
  • Top with TJ's Chili Lime seasoning or Tajin seasoning for a little kick.
  • Consume within 3 days for best quality. Freeze the leftovers to make a zesty watermelon margharita!
