Avocado and Tomato Salsa

This fresh take on salsa is the best! The combination of pico de Gallo and chopped avocado makes a tasty salsa that I call "pico de guaco". Put it on nachos, tacos or anywhere else you like salsa.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 avocados peeled and chopped
  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes quartered
  • ½ onion diced
  • ½ bunch cilantro washed and chopped
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and chopped
  • 2 limes squeezed
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add add avocado and squeeze 1 lime directly on top.
  • Then add tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro and onion and squeeze the remaining lime.
  • Add salt, them mix thoroughly.
  • Taste for salt and adjust if needed to your preference.
