Easy Air-Fried Patatas Bravas

These crispy air-fried potatoes drenched in spicy sauce and drizzled with tangy aioli are delicious and so easy to make.

For Potatoes

  • 3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes cut in bite size chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt

For Tangy Aioli

  • cup vegan mayo
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

To Finish Dish

  • 1 ea Bravas Sauce recipe
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 tbsp green onions chopped


For Potatoes

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika. Toss well to coat.
  • Add potatoes to a air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Shake the basket to separate every 15 minutes to assure even cooking.
  • While potatoes are in the air fryer make the Easy Patatas Bravas Sauce

For Tangy Aioli

  • Add vegan mayo, lemon, smoked paprika, salt and garlic powder to a bowl. Mix until combined.
  • Transfer the crispy air-fried potatoes back to the large mixing bowl
