Avocado and Tomato Salsa
This fresh take on salsa is the best! The combination of pico de Gallo and chopped avocado makes a tasty salsa that I call "pico de guaco". Put it on nachos, tacos or anywhere else you like salsa.

4 avocados peeled and chopped 1 pound cherry tomatoes quartered ½ onion diced ½ bunch cilantro washed and chopped 2 jalapeños seeded and chopped 2 limes squeezed ½ tsp salt
In a large bowl add add avocado and squeeze 1 lime directly on top.
Then add tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro and onion and squeeze the remaining lime.
Add salt, them mix thoroughly.
Taste for salt and adjust if needed to your preference.
