  • 3 Persian Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Plain Vegan Yogurt
  • ½ cup Vegan Sour Cream
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning blend
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon squeezed

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add cucumbers, garlic, yogurt, sour cream, lemon, maple syrup, salt and herbs.
  • Mix until well combined with a fork or spoon
  • Chill and eat within 3 days.
